Our project management consulting is underpinned by our project managers who are are certified by the Project Management Institute, Association for Project Management or APMG for PRINCE2.

Project management consulting covers two main areas:

1.  Project delivery.  In Project Delivery, our consultants implement projects for our customers.  This work can be undertaken at any stage in the life cycle from planning, scoping initialising and stage delivery. 

2.  Consulting in areas linked to project management.  This can include assessing project management maturity and building activities and plans to raise maturity in defined areas.  We have undertaken work to establish project management offices and helped to create project management life cycles and processes for customers.  Our independence has also been used to assess project work loads and to make suggestions for workload balancing, project prioritisation and the processes surrounding initiation and on-going reporting.
